Threads for business: turn posts into conversations

Want to reach clients through Threads but have no time to run the account every day? We build a content pool for your business and set up scheduled publishing. Together, we check which topics and offers lead to enquiries.

The first month

Your content pool. Publishing on schedule.

For businesses with something to say and sell

For consultants, B2B companies and service businesses with a clear offer. You bring expertise, customer questions or documented examples, and can respond to interested people. The pilot tests whether you can reach suitable buyers through Threads.

What the 30-day pilot includes

The 30-day pilot starts once the account is connected and the initial content pool is approved. We begin with one account and one market, testing topics, offers and publishing cadence. The pool stays in use and continues to develop after the pilot.

01

Offer and audience

A short brief defines your main service, its buyers and what counts as a suitable enquiry.

02

Profile and contact route

A clear profile description and one straightforward route to a conversation, contact form or agreed landing page.

03

Your content pool

A collection of offers, customer questions and expert topics with wording variants for your business. Examples and numbers need supporting material.

04

Scheduled publishing

Automatic posting draws from the pool, rotates topics and offers, and limits repeated text. We record successful and failed publications.

05

Enquiry tracking

Tagged links, a simple enquiry log and questions for the first conversation help distinguish interest from suitable enquiries.

06

Weekly adjustments

We review the responses, replace weak variants and add new offers and topics to the pool.

Your knowledge becomes the content

We build the content pool from your articles, interviews, customer questions and approved case material. Before launch, we agree on topics, offers, facts and tone. The system then publishes from that pool without asking you to approve every post individually. New factual claims and sensitive topics need separate agreement.

Who responds to interested people?

During the pilot, you or a named colleague handle conversations and sales. We prepare the opening reply and questions to assess fit. Ongoing conversation management by our team can be agreed separately.

How we get started

  1. 01

    Prepare

We agree on the offer and contact route, build the initial pool, connect the account and approve the rotation.

  2. 02

    Publish and adjust

The system publishes from the pool. Each week we compare responses and enquiries, then adjust the pool and cadence.

  3. 03

    Decide after 30 days

We assess suitable enquiries, conversations and the work involved, then decide whether and how to continue.

Which enquiries come from Threads?

Views, likes and comments show attention. A suitable enquiry is a specific request about your service from someone who meets the agreed buyer criteria and wants a next conversation. Several messages from one person do not become several leads.

Links within posts can identify the individual text. A shared profile link identifies the channel, not the specific post. We connect comments to their original post and keep uncertain sources marked as unknown.

We record enquiries, meetings, proposals and confirmed deals separately. Sales data comes from you. With a long sales cycle, the pilot may produce initial conversations while deals are still pending.

When the channel brings suitable conversations

  • Management of incoming conversations with agreed hours and responsibilities.
  • An offer landing page and handover to your existing CRM.
  • Regular posts drawn from founder interviews and business material.
  • An additional market after reviewing the first pilot.

Scope and price follow a short brief

Your proposal covers building the content pool, setup and the first month, followed by ongoing management and pool updates. Extra conversation management or a new landing page is agreed separately.

Questions about Threads management

Is this just automatic posting?

We build a content pool for your business and set up rotation and publishing. We also work on the contact route, enquiry tracking and pool updates. Ongoing conversation management is a separate service.

Do you guarantee a number of leads?

No. The pilot tests your offer, reachable buyers and actual enquiries. You can see the posts, responses and outcomes of the conversations.

Do I have to write every day?

No. We need your material and approval of the initial pool. Publishing then follows the agreed rules, and we update the pool based on the responses. You or your assigned colleague respond to interested people.

Can you use our articles and case studies?

Yes. We use them to create topics and wording variants for the pool. Customer results, quotes and numbers are used after verification and your approval.

When do we assess the results?

We review the first week, then assess the pilot together after 30 days of publishing. For longer sales cycles, we look at enquiries and meetings first, followed by confirmed deals.

What should your next client ask you for?

Tell us what you sell, who buys it and who responds to enquiries. We will discuss what a first Threads pilot could look like for your business.
